Will you be sending a number of Affiliate checks each month? Would you like the process handled automatically? We can do that for you!

Hands-Free Affiliate Payments
Adding KB EasyChecks! to your account is a great way to save time each month by writing ONE check that covers all of your affiliate commission payouts. KB EasyChecks! includes:

• Check writing - We will make out the checks to your affiliates
• Check stuffing - We'll stuff your affiliate checks into envelopes and seal them tight
• US Postage - We'll place the necessary postage on each envelope (note: US postage only, international postage fees apply)
• W-9/Tax Form Option - We can take care of the tax paperwork involved with paying your affiliates. Additional fees apply
• Tax preparation and documentation for your Affiliate payouts: $50 and $4.50/10-99

How it Works
When you choose to pay your affiliates (each month, each week or whenever you choose), here are the steps that will be followed:

1. You'll check a box that tells MyAP to send your commission report to us for processing
2. We'll send you an invoice detailing your checks and the total amount that you need to pay - including commissions and per-check fees
3. You'll write one check (or process a wire transfer) for the total amount due and send it off to us
4. We'll load the checks into envelopes and stamp and seal them
5. We'll drop the checks in the mail

Basically - all you have to do is check a box in MyAP and send one check each month - we'll take care of the rest!

Pricing
Check Writing Services are available to MyAP users at the following prices:

Setup Fee: $100

Per-Check Fee: $2.85/check (remember, this includes the check writing, the actual check, the envelope, labor for placing the check in the envelope and US postage).

Optional - Stuffing Fee: $0.10/envelope. If you have a special mailer that you'd like to be sent along with your commission checks, you can send us the materials and we'll stuff them in with your Affiliate Commission Checks. Examples of this are: a "thank you" letter to the affiliates, a special promotion, an advertisement, a holiday greeting.
