MyAP Features - Compensation - Rewarding Affiliates
MyAP gives you the ability to pay who you want, what you want, when you want

With MyAP – your affiliate compensation plan is completely customizable. You can pay per sale, lead, click or all three. You can set a default commission rate for each activity for all affiliates, or designate special commission rates for specific affiliates or affiliate categories. When it comes time to pay your affiliates, you can print a report showing who to pay or export the payments to your check-writing software or service.

Flexible Commission Structure
You "pay who you want, what you want", with your unique strategy, and your rules. Product-based businesses typically pay for sales, while service-based businesses often times prefer to pay for leads. However, this is your affiliate program: you designate rewards as you see fit.

• Pay per lead, per sale, per click -- or any measurable event.
• Pay on a Percentage Basis, or a Flat Fee Basis - or both. Choose to reward some affiliates with a percent of the sale, and others with a flat fee per sale
• Set commission rates for all of your affiliates across the board, or specify commission rates per affiliate or affiliate category
• Designate special override commission rates for specific activities How can I use this?

Pay Per Product/SKU
MyAP will allow you to reward your affiliates based on the actual products that are purchased by the visitors that they refer to you. You have a variety of options in paying your affiliates per product/SKU:

• Use MyAP’s Over Ride functionality to associate a commission rate with each product ID/SKU.
  If you can designate a specific product ID or SKU within your order form (50 characters or less), determine the commission rate for that ID or SKU and can pass both though to MyAP, this option will work for you. Your Transaction History report will display a column with the product ID/SKU along with the other transaction details. This option is included free of charge with your MyAP account. (Note: The per ID/SKU commission rate cannot be changed per affiliate with this option.)
  
  
• Override with custom programming to store the commissions for each ID/SKU within your MyAP account.
  If you are able to designate a specific product ID or SKU within your order form, but are unable to determine the commission rate for the ID or SKU and pass it to MyAP, this option will work for you. We’ll store the ID/SKUs and their associated commission rates for you. When new transactions are processed, MyAP will read the ID/SKU and will add the appropriate commission to the referring affiliate's record. (Note: The per ID/SKU commission rate cannot be changed per affiliate with this option.)
  
  
• Per Affiliate, Per Product ID Rewards and Reporting.
  This module will allow you to designate a specific commission for a specific product ID/SKU and will allow you to customize the commission rate for each ID/SKU per affiliate. You simply need to be able to pass MyAP the product ID/SKU details with each sale. MyAP will then calculate the commissions for each affiliate according to the products that were purchased.
  
  
• SKU (Product ID) Tracking.
  It's the perfect add-on module to MyAP for companies that have large catalogs of products designed around a SKU-Based system. Upload your list of SKUs complete with images, descriptions, links and commission rates for each item

Paying Your Affiliates
Pay affiliates any time you want - MyAP will allow you to choose a date through which you want to pay your affiliates. So, you can pay them per week, every other week, once a month, quarterly - or any time you choose. Just pick the date, run the report and MyAP will tell you who to pay and will adjust their records appropriately.

• Set low pay-out amounts - only pay affiliates that reach a certain dollar amount in commissions. Commissions below the minimum will carry over to the next pay period. Low pay-outs can be set per affiliate or per affiliate category.
  
• Commission Reports - MyAP gives you several options in viewing commission reports:
  • View a current status report showing all affiliates that are currently owed commissions
  • Run a full report up to any date including all affiliates that are owed commissions
  • Run a limited report up to any date including affiliates that have earned above your low pay-out amount
    
• Break Down Reports - Your commission reports can be broken down by sub-ID, marketing material, tier and more. You'll have all of the information you need to fully analyze the commissions you pay your affiliates.
  
• Email Notification - Let the software email you when it's time to pay your affiliates
  
• Affiliate-defined "Payee" - Your affiliates can tell you on their sign up form whether they'd like checks made out to themselves or to their company. So, you'll never have to contact them to find out who to make the check to - MyAP will let you know in your reports

Automate Your Affiliate Payments
MyAP will give you a report to print out and read from - and will give you the option to export your report to a file that can be read by an automated check writing service or software solution

• KB EasyChecks Affiliate Check Writing Service: If you choose to add KB EasyChecks Affiliate Check Writing Services to your account, you'll have one button to push and one check to write each time you want to pay your affiliates. Just press the button, send us a check and we'll take care of everything else. We can even handle your Affiliate 1099’s at year end.
  
• QuickBooks - Export your commission reports into a QuickBooks ready file. Simply import the file into your QuickBooks account and press "Print". QuickBooks will print and address your checks! Just throw them in an envelope, drop them in the mail and you're done
  
• PayPal - PayPal is a great online payment center. It will allow you to send and receive money using your email address - or your affiliates' email addresses. Your Sales Report can be exported into a PayPal ready format. Upload it using their Mass Payment feature and each of your affiliates will receive a notification in their email letting them know they have money waiting from you. • Your choice - Are you using a piece of accounting software or check writing service that will allow you to upload a file containing payee names and payment amounts? Just let us know how the file should be formatted and we'll be sure your reports are exported into a file that fits with your accounting solution
