MyAP makes it easy to offer your affiliates unlimited marketing material

Affiliate Marketing is all about traffic – which means that your affiliates need lots of great marketing material to help them drive more and more traffic to your site. With MyAP, offering your affiliates banners, text links, HTML ads, Flash animations, or any other type of link is a breeze.

You fill-in-the-blanks to tell MyAP about the item you’re adding to your affiliate’s “Get Links” area and the software does the rest. Your affiliates will simply copy the code from their admin panel and paste it in their site, ezine or anywhere else they promote your products and services.

Unlimited Marketing Material
MyAP allows you to offer Unlimited Marketing Material - unlimited in number and type! Here are some of the items you may consider offering to your affiliates:

• Banners, Images and Buttons
• Rotating Banners (Display a fresh new banner on your affiliates' sites each time their page loads - scientifically test which banners really work!)
• FLASH Animations
• Full HTML Web Pages
• Redirect scripts
• Content Pieces like: Signature Files, Press Releases, Articles, Ezine Ads and Endorsements
• Text only content

All of these, and any more you can think of, can be easily entered into your MyAP account. If you have tons of links and content, you can batch upload your materials to your MyAP account for fast setup.

Categorize Your Marketing Material
Keep your marketing material orgainzed so your affiliates can collect and use the links that are best suited for them.

• Create categories and sub-categories of marketing material for ease in finding and use in the future. For Example: create a category for "Big Banners for Product X", and another for "Small Banners for Product Y".
  
• Designate which affiliate categories are eligible to use each link. For example: "Fall Clearance Links" may only be available to your "Gold" affiliates who have earned the right to promote your special deals.

Link to Special Entry Pages
MyAP will allow you to create special entry pages ("click through pages") for specific material. So, for example, your "Holiday" banners can lead directly to the holiday section on your site - and your "Product X" product review can link directly to the Product X page on your site.

You can also create special entry pages for specific material, per affiliate category. This means that affiliates who reach a specific audience for product X can have their own targeted "productx" entry page that's been optimized for that target market.

Deliver Content to Your Affiliates
MyAP makes it easy to deliver great content to your affiliates. Simply choose the "Add Links" option on the MyAP toolbar and fill in the blanks with information like Link Name, Category (like "Banners for X") and the file name of the banner or the HTML or text that you'd like displayed.

Your affiliates will automatically receive their selected banner code via email after they sign up for your program. But, if they are looking for more options, all of the links will be available to your affiliates at their administration pages. With the click of a button, Affiliates can find and even create new marketing material that points back to you - complete with their unique ID number. Your affiliates will see:

• Only those links you allow them to see, based on their category
• Marketing material pre-loaded with their affiliate code (no "insert your id here")
• Default banner code to grab quickly - additional categorized material is only a click away
• A preview of the content (they'll see the actual banner, or be able to click to view the full HTML page
• Easy "copy and paste" instructions that show them what to copy - and to simply paste the code where they'd like the link to appear

Affiliates can also find your linking material in Kolimbo. There they can:

• Search for specific image sizes or link types
• Search for merchants within a specific category
• Build automatically-updated links that rotate a variety of banners and/or text links within their webpages
  

Additional Linking Options
Link to Your Own Domain with Direct Linking

With Direct Linking, your Affiliates will be able to point to any page on your site with a short, direct link. So instead of a long, redirected link like:

http://www.myaffiliateprogram.com/ u/USER/t.asp?id=1001

They can point traffic directly to your site, like this:

http://www.domain.com?kbid=1001

or

http://www.domain.com/page.htm?kbid=1001 (to point to a specific page)

Datafeeds
A datafeed is a simple tab delimited file of all the products you are selling through your affiliate program, listing information such as product name, description, and URL.

Many merchants offer a datafeed to their larger affiliates, and many important affiliates will only join programs that offer datafeeds. Affiliates like datafeeds because they make it easy for them to build pages and storefronts containing your products.

Offering datafeeds is free with MyAP, unlike other solution providers who place a cost on this type of tool. Your affiliates will be able to locate your datafeeds at their administration panels and within Kolimbo.

Within Kolimbo, Affiliates can find datafeeds for a specific merchant, or a category of merchants. So, having datafeeds available will help you keep your good affiliates selling and will help you recruit new affiliates who are looking to promote products within your category.
