Precise Affiliate Program Tracking

Whether it's affiliate recruiting, approving a pending application, affiliate program tracking, running a special promotion or updating any part of your program – MyAP’s affiliate management tools will make your job a breeze with precise affiliate program tracking. Everything about your affiliates, the activity they’ve generated and sales they’ve referred to will be at your fingertips.

Affiliate Program Management Administration Features

• View a Current Task list which shows you everything that needs attention - including pending sales, pending affiliate applications and affiliate commissions.
  
• View all of your affiliates and view or edit their data
  
• Suspend or delete affiliates as needed. Inactive Affiliates tool helps you identify, motivate and remove inactive affiliates from your program
  
• View affiliate applications and approve them or deny them with a standard, yet editable, rejection letter. Automatic Affiliate acceptance is also an option - this means that there is no need to check applications - all affiliates are automatically accepted into the program
  
• Change affiliate category descriptions
  
• "Search" for affiliates by name, email address, ID, etc
  
• Suspend non-performing or fraudulent Affiliates, as you see fit

Customize Per Affiliate Settings
Your entire program will have "default settings" that will apply to each new affiliate. However, for each affiliate, you can customize their:

• 1st Tier Commission Rate
• Whether or not they have a 2nd Tier Commission Rate
• Tracking Time
• Default entry page
• Category
• Flat fee or percentage basis
• Sale notification letter
• Ability to use Sub-ID's

Customize Commission Rates for Each Affiliate. Want to pay Tom more than you pay Harry? Want to offer higher 1st Tier commissions to high-sales-volume affiliates? Want to offer higher 2nd Tier commissions to affiliates who will be recruiting tons of new affiliates for you? No problem. MyAP will allow you to customize the commission rate for each affiliate as you see fit.

Customize the Tracking Time for Each Affiliate. You may offer all affiliates a tracking time period of, let's say, 60 days. However, as an incentive to a specific affiliate, you offer to set their tracking time to 365 days, or 1,000 days, or longer. The longer you set your tracking time, the more chances an affiliate will earn a commission for a sale.

Customize the Default Entry Page for Each Affiliate. A great way to increase your affiliates' sell-through rates, is to offer each affiliate their own unique "entry page" to your site. This entry page may say something like "Welcome, and thanks for coming from YYY.com". Or, you may want a recommendation from the referring website displayed on the entry page, like "YYY.com recommends this site for your x product needs."

Categorize Your Affiliates
MyAP allows you to categorize your affiliates in any way you choose. By categorizing your affiliates, you'll be able to:

• Offer default commission rates
• Provide category-specific default entry pages
• Offer specific marketing material
• Automatically "push" specific promotional offers
• Simplify communication with each affiliate category

You can place each affiliate in one of up to 20 categories. Name the categories as you choose to help you distinguish one group from the next.

For Example
You may want to categorize your affiliates by their "value to you", or their "association" with you:
Category 1 - "Normal Affiliates",
Category 2 - "High Volume Affiliates",
Category 3 - "Reciprocal Link Affiliates",
Category 4 - "Partners",
Category 5 - "Press"

For Example
You may want to categorize your affiliates by the Target Audience they reach:
Category 1 - "Affiliates Reaching Women",
Category 2 - "Affiliates Reaching Teenagers",
Category 3 - "Affiliates Reaching Target Market X", etc.

It's completely up to you how you use and name the categories. For each category, you'll be able to customize default settings including:

• Customize the default entry page
• Customize the default marketing material
• Customize the categorized list of marketing material available
• Customize the default 1st & 2nd Tier Commission Rates
• Customize the default "Welcome Message"
• Offer Special Promotions to specific categories
• View reports per category. (You'll know: impressions, click-throughs, sales and commission stats for each category)
• Easily broadcast email to specific categories

Special Promotions
Want to run a "Back to School" special, where affiliates reaching teenagers participate by promoting BackPacks & Jeans, while affiliates who reach the parents of elementary schoolchildren promote cartoon Lunch Boxes and durable playwear?

How about running a promotion that says "Send our special email advertisement to your mailing list, and you'll receive an additional 10% from sales during this period."

Would you like to run a "Start Recruiting New Affiliates For Us!" Promotion, where you offer an increased 2nd tier commission rate for sales during the promotion?

With MyAP's Special Promotions feature, these example promotions are simple to implement.

Let your affiliates deliver specific offers, or specific content, to their visitors, by allowing them to participate in one or more of your special promotions. MyAP will allow you to give specific affiliates special marketing content, special entry pages, and special commissions to motivate and inspire them. Here's what you can do with Special Promotions:

• Designate affiliates who will automatically participate in the promotion. They'll automatically be notified of the promotion before and during the promotion
  
• Designate participating Affiliate Categories, or allow all affiliates to participate
  
• Override default banners with new promotional banners during the life of the promotion
  
• Override commission rates for participating affiliates during the life of the promotion
  
• Override the entry pages for the life of the promotion
  
• Line up several promotions for a few weeks, months - or even the entire year
