MyAP Features - Complete Reporting
MyAP's reports will help you analyze each piece of your Affiliate Marketing strategy

MyAP includes several reports to help you break down, calculate and analyze several program performance stats like: specific Affiliate activity, marketing material performance, promotion performance and so on. You’ll also have access to "Quick Stat” reports that will give you an overall view of your program’s performance.

Complete Reporting
MyAP includes several advanced, complete reporting options:

• View all of your daily stats in real-time
  
• View Quick Stats on your main admin page for at-a-glance knowledge of how your program is progressing
  
• Determine top performing affiliates, as measured by: Impressions, clicks, click-through ratios, leads, sales and more
  
• Graphically view historical data
  
• Sort your reports by any stat, affiliate ID, affiliate category or date to get the information you need fast
  
• Export everything. Each statistical report can be exported into a .csv file. These files are automatically read by MS Excel. If you don't have Excel, you can use them in any program that reads a comma delimited file

Marketing Material Reports
MyAP will allow you to evaluate the performance of your individual linking methods so you know which links are pulling the clicks, leads and sales

• Track the performance of each link from impression all the way through to sale
  
• Evaluate all marketing material performance by link and by the affiliate using each link
  
• Know every location of your marketing material with real time referring page logs. (Although an affiliate may tell you where he'll place your marketing content, your promotional material may be displayed elsewhere: now you'll know.)
  
• Determine high and low performing marketing content. Eliminate non performers!

Transaction History Reports
MyAP's Transaction History will help you and your affiliates manage past transactions and view detailed reports on them.

The Transaction History Report will show you and your affiliates details on each affiliate-referred transaction you've processed including sales, leads and clicks (if you are paying for clicks). Plus - you'll have the option to change the status of any given sale to account for a return, chargeback or canceled order with the click of a button.

The Transaction History Report will show you the details of each Affiliate-referred transaction you've processed. The report will include:

• Referring Affiliate ID
• Sale Date
• Status of the sale (pending, validated, declined, chargedback)
• Process Date
• Customer ID (you can choose whether or not you'd like your Affiliates to see this field on their Transaction History Report)
• Sale Amount
• Commission Amount
• Second Tier ID
• Second Tier Commission
• Sub ID used to generate the Sale (if applicable)

Reports for Every Part of Your Program

Along with those listed above, MyAP also includes these helpful reports:

• View All Affiliates Report: Shows you the activitiy of all Affiliates in your program
  
• Super Track Report: Shows you the sub-ID's in use by your affiliates and the activities generated through those sub-ID's
  
• Two-Tier Report: Displays each affiliate who has referred new affiliates to your program. Lists the affiliate and all referred affiliates under them
  
• LifeTime ID Report: Allows you to search for an affiliate or a customer and view the associated LifeTime tie - letting you know which affiliates are recieving credit for the lifetime purchases of which customers
  
• Pending Orders: Displays all orders that are currently pending and awaiting your approval/denial
  
• Pending Leads: Displays all leads that are currently pending and awaiting your approval/denial
  
• Commission Status: Gives you a quick run-down of which affiliates are currently owed a commission
  
• Payment History: Allows you to view the affiliate commission you've paid out in the past
  
• Approve Affiliates: Displays a list of applicants who have signed up for your program and are waiting for your approval
  
• Inactive Affiliates: Allows you to search for affiliates whom you believe to be "inactive" and send them a motivating letter, or a letter letting them know that they'll be removed from your program

Graphing Trends
See Your Reports as Graphs

The Graphing Trends module is built directly into MyAP, and allows you to create custom graphs from your existing program data. A few features include:

• Graph by day or month. You choose the range
• Graph data by commissions, earnings per click, sales amount, leads, sales, clicks, impressions and click thru rates
• Graph data for up to 5 specific affiliates in your program
