MyAP sales tracking software uses a reliable system to track your affiliate activities. Using MyAP affiliate program tracking software to track affiliate-referred clicks, leads, sales or any other activity visitors may complete at your site – and even those that happen offline.

Automatically Post Sales
Automatically post sales to your account using one of MyAP's sales tracking software’s standard integration methods, or a special one we create just for you. When an order is placed by an affiliate-referred visitor, MyAP will automatically add the sale to your account.

Manually Post Sales
Enter commissions due from phone, fax or any affiliate-referred sales that occur off-line - that's right - MyAP will allow you to perform affiliate tracking on offline sales! With MyAP's various affiliate tracking integration methods, you can display the referring affiliate ID number on your site as a "Reference #", a "Department #", a "Phone Extension", a "Coupon Code" or anything else you'd like. This number can be placed on your print-out forms to ensure that your visitors don't neglect to alert you of the number.

Tracking Sub-ID's
With MyAP's Super Track Sub-ID Tracking feature - tracking and reporting on the performance of specific linking methods is fast and easy. Sub-ID's can be easily created and used by your affiliates and the linking methods are tracked from impression to click-through to sale. This means that you'll be able to see what linking methods your affiliates are using, which ones are pulling visitors and which are helping to turn more visitors into customers.

To use Sub-ID's your affiliates simply append their URL with any word, number or combination of up to 25 characters, like this:

Super Track URL:

When visitors click on the Super Track URL, MyAP will track the affiliate ID and the sub-ID of "ad1". You and your affiliates will be able to track the peformance of each specific sub-ID including impressions, clicks, sales and leads.

Tracking LifeTime ID's
MyAP will allow you to associate visitors with the clients that they've referred for the lifetime of the client. This means that you can reward your affiliates for every purchase made by the clients they send you - without relying on cookies. When an affiliate-referred sale occurs your ordering system lets MyAP know a few specific details about the sale, including:

• Sale Amount
• Date/Time the sale occurred
• Customer ID (containing any information you/your ordering system provides)

With the Lifetime Commissions feature in place - one more field, called the "Lifetime Identifier" will also be passed through to MyAP. The Lifetime Identifier will be saved in the software along with the referring affiliate's ID number. The Lifetime Identifier can be made up of anything you choose from your order form like Customer ID, Username, Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, URL , etc.

MyAP will check the LifeTime Identifier on each sale to see if an affiliate should be credited for the purchase.
